I've shared articles from Blue Avocado in the past, and this week their newsletter had another fantastic article that I wanted to share. The article is called "Contract Wizardry: Conjuring Impact from Government Contracts" and talks about how to deal with overlapping grants/government grant contracts that fund different aspects of a program, or similar aspects of a program but on different fiscal years. It certainly can be a juggling act and this article does a great job discussing the issue.
